Shipping Information:

Only offer shipping within the United States. Each order will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

 

Delivery Commitment

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1~2 Business Days

Shipping time: 7~14 Business Days

* Note: There might be some delay on the delivery during holidays.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct detailed shipping address  because we need the correct shipping address to ensure you get what you've bought safe and sound. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window, no more than 2 business days, to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@elusefor.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to eLusefor as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to eLusefor, please contact eLusefor to make arrangements for reshipment.

For Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and the way to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided in the shipping notification.
