RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. We will issue a full refund immediately when the order is cancelled, but the refunds may take 3-5 business day to reach your account. Unfortunately, if the product is already shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
Our promise to you is the Happiness Guarantee. When you need a return, we will offer you a no-hassle return. Please contact our 'Customer Service' or our email Info@eLusefor.com with the details of your purchase. Usually, our 'Customer Service' is quite responsive and will get back to you no later than 1 business day.
*In order to start your return process, please fill in the relevant information in the form to help us understand your problem faster：
- Your issue with your item
- The model number of the item
- A picture of the item (with pictures of the damage)
- Your name and address
*Note: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability. And we do not cover return courier costs of unwanted items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Usually we issue the refund immediately after we make the refund agreement, but the refunds may take 3-5 business days to reach your account. When the refund is issued, we will email you a notice/ a receipt. When you don't receive a refund as supposed to, please check the situation with your bank first. When the bank confirms that they have no clue about the refund, please contact us via 'Customer Service', and we will get back to you ASAP.
