Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We will issue a full refund immediately when the order is cancelled, but the refunds may take 3-5 business day to reach your account.

Returns (if applicable)

Our promise to you is the Happiness Guarantee. When you need a return, please contact our 'Customer Service' with the details of your purchase, we will offer you a no-hassle return. Usually, our 'Customer Service' is quite responsive and will get back to you no later than 1 business day. 

Refunds (if applicable)

When you need a refund, please contact our 'Customer Service' to describe the situation with the details of your purchase, and we will get back to you in 1 business day.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Usually we issue the refund immediately after we make the refund agreement, but the refunds may take 3-5 business days to reach your account. When the refund is issued, we will email you a notice/ a receipt. When you don't receive a refund as supposed to, please check the situation with your bank first. When the bank confirms that they have no clue about the refund, please contact us via 'Customer Service', and we will get back to you ASAP.

• The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Shipping time: 7~14 Business Days

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and the way to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct detailed shipping address  because we need the correct shipping address to ensure you get what you've bought safe and sound. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window, no more than 2 business days, to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@elusefor.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided in the shipping notification.
